Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is located in a spectacular area in Woodley Park, close to the metro station and convenient to many attractions. The rooms offer a charming old-timey feel and are very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The service is outstanding, with staff going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The dining experience, with a huge variety of warm and cold food for breakfast, is excellent. However, some dishes may be too sweet for some diners. Overall, a great value for money stay with top-notch service and a perfect location.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The room I got was bigger than the one I booked, complete with a sleigh bed and a super comfy mattress. Even though it was in the basement, it was surprisingly spacious and nice. The service was exceptional; the staff was so kind and even let me check out a bit later when the time change threw me off. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Woodley Park Metro station and close to restaurants. The dining options were everything I could wish for and plentiful, even though a bit more variety would've been nice. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.
I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a platter of freshly made chocolate chip cookies and napkins waiting for me at the base of the stairs. The room was comfortably furnished, with a sofa, an upholstered comfy chair, a desk, and a desk chair. Despite having very poor WiFi, the room was still comfortable and clean.
